How does The Borrowed Box Co. work?
Choose a collection that fits your wedding or event style, reserve your date, and pick up your decor before your event. After the wedding, simply return everything according to your rental agreement.
What is included in each collection?
Each collection includes a curated assortment of decor items designed to work together beautifully. Exact quantities and included pieces are listed on the Packages & Tiers page.
Do you offer setup and teardown services?
No. The Borrowed Box Co. is designed for DIY couples who want beautiful wedding decor without the expense of full-service styling. You handle setup and teardown, and we provide the decor.
Where are you located?
We are based in the Atlanta area and serve couples throughout Metro Atlanta.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates can book months in advance. We recommend reserving your collection as soon as your venue and wedding date are confirmed.
Can I keep my Borrowed Box longer?
Absolutely! The standard Borrowed Box Co rental period is a "Borrowed Weekend":

Pickup: Thursday before the event (or agreed date/time)

Event: Saturday (or designated event date)

Return: Monday following the event (or agreed date/time)
Per availability, we can accommodate extra time for a small additional fee.
Can I customize a collection?
Our collections are pre-curated to stay affordable, but you can always add individual items or combine two collections for larger events.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required for all rentals to cover potential damages. It is fully refundable if everything is returned in good condition.
Do you deliver?
While we specialize in pickup to save you costs, delivery can be arranged for a fee depending on availability and location within the Atlanta area.
What if an item breaks during my event?
We understand accidents happen. Please let us know immediately. The replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit if applicable.
